Custom color or made-to-order products are final sale and may require extended production timelines.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full for delivery only. For projects including installation, we ask for the equipment cost upfront, with installation due upon project completion.

We reserve the right to update product pricing, availability, or shipping costs at any time.

5. Shipping & Lead Times

Shipping and lead times vary based on product type, inventory availability, manufacturing schedules, project scope, and delivery location.

Estimated timelines provided on our website or by our team are guidelines only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual lead times may change due to factors such as production schedules, freight carrier availability, weather conditions, site readiness, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We work closely with our manufacturing and logistics partners to provide the most accurate information possible and will communicate updates as they become available.

Canine Park Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, freight companies, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen events.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if production or shipping has not begun. Custom orders, fabricated items, or branded items cannot be canceled once production begins.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund Policy and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be unused, in original packaging, and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Custom orders and special finishes are non-returnable.
