At Canine Park Solutions, we’re committed to getting your dog park equipment and site amenities to you quickly and safely.

Lead Times

Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks for delivery only in most locations, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Custom or large-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Freight Deliveries

Most products ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight. Freight deliveries are curbside only and require someone to be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

- Please inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

- If concealed damage is discovered, notify us within 5 business days with photos so we can assist with a claim.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by product size, weight, and destination. Quotes provided at checkout are estimates; a team member may follow up if freight requires adjustment.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the continental United States. For shipments outside the lower 48 states or to Canada, please contact us for a custom freight quote.
