Return and Refund Policy

At Canine Park Solutions, we take pride in supplying durable, commercial-grade dog park, Pet waste solutions, and site equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines:

Returns Eligibility:

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

- Custom-built or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Opened or used pet waste stations, fountains, and installed equipment

- Custom-color finishes or special-order items

 

Return Process:

To request a return, email us at Info@canineparksolutions.com with:

- Your order number

- A brief reason for return

- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

 

We will review your request and provide instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
